From zero to $345k. Here's what I learned.
I opened Pham's Coffee & Boba in Grand Island, Nebraska to bring high-quality boba and Vietnamese-inspired drinks to the Midwest. In the first year we hit $345,000 in gross sales at a 68% gross margin.
It wasn't easy. Labor hit 45% early on and rent was nearly 20% of sales. I made the classic mistakes, then fixed them one by one. This program is what I wish I'd had on day one.
